At Strength Training Gear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment. If your gear doesn't meet your training needs, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
